Ours is run by the same team in Malta that builds the sites sitting on it, so when something goes wrong you are dealing with people who already know your setup instead of starting from scratch with a stranger. Every one of our website packages includes the first year of hosting.

Our published guarantee is 99.9% uptime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, internet faults and DDOS events mean roughly nine hours a year of possible downtime, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
One yearly bill
Hosting is billed once a year, not monthly, and the price is the price. We send a reminder 30 days before renewal so it is never a surprise.
Renewals, and what happens to your data
The part most hosts leave you to find out the hard way. This is what our terms actually say.
Setup
New accounts are set up within a maximum of 24 hours. Renewals are processed immediately on receipt of payment.
If a renewal is late
Renewals not paid on or before the renewal date are not processed, so the service stops. Paying on time keeps everything running without interruption.
Data after expiry
Data on a non-renewed account is deleted 30 days after the expiry date, and we cannot be responsible for data or a domain once that point has passed. If you are leaving, take a copy first.
Refunds
Refunds apply to web hosting only and can be accepted up to 7 days after a new service or renewal starts. Domain names are third party products and are not refundable.
Common questions
Yes, and it is free. We handle the migration with no downtime, so visitors and email keep working while it happens. You do not need to arrange anything with your current provider beyond giving us access.
Bronze is 2 GB of web space with 10 mailboxes at 100 euro a year, and suits a brochure site and a small team. Silver is 5 GB with 25 mailboxes at 140 euro and is the usual choice for a growing business. Gold is 10 GB with unlimited mailboxes at 180 euro, for larger sites and bigger mail needs. If you are unsure, tell us what you run and we will say which one fits.
Shared cPanel hosting is managed by us and suits most websites. A VPS gives you guaranteed CPU, RAM and storage with full root access, starting at 180 euro a year for 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 100 GB SSD, up to 660 euro for 12 vCPU, 48 GB RAM and 400 GB SSD. A VPS is self managed by default, so it suits you if you want control and have someone to use it. If you would rather it sat on your own hardware, that is an IT and networks job.
