Web Hosting / Dedicated Servers

• New accounts are setup within a maximum of 24 Hours.
• Renewals are processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
• Renewals not paid on or before the date of renewal will not be processed.
• Any data on non-renewed accounts will be deleted 30 days after expiry date.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data or the registered domain after the expiry date.
• Dishonoured cheques will automatically be treated as a renewal NOT paid in time.
• Refunds are only applicable on Web Hosting (Domain Excluded) and can be accepted up to 7 days after commencement of new service or renewal.
• Cost of third party products such as Domain Names are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• The hosting of Illegal Files, Copyright material, Torrent Files, Adult XXX Content, Gambling Content is strictly PROHIBITED  – Immediate termination of account without prior notice in case of breach and no refund will be given.
• Web hosting accounts MAY NOT be used as a storage service – Immediate termination of account without prior notice in case of breach and no refund will be given.
• 99.9% Uptime Guarantee – Approximately 9 hours per year of downtime can be expected due to Maintenance (Scheduled/Unscheduled) / Internet Errors, DDOS & More. The downtime can be consecutive or non consecutive.

Web Design / Graphic Designs

• Web designs that have been finalised and agreed with client are only changeable against a fee.
• Free updates are limited to minor text/image changes maximum once a month.
• Web designs are copyright of AlphaTech Solutions – They are not to be downloaded/edited/changed without our written consent.
• Deposits & Final payments on website designs are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• Confirmed orders for printing for Business Cards/Flyers & Other Printed materials are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• We are not responsible for any errors in writing/design once the design has been finalised and confirmed by the client.

Other Web & IT Services

• Services such as repairs/maintenance that have been completed are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• Calls for service by our technical crew are answered and taken care of within a maximum of three working days.
• Urgent repairs / maintenance are carried out within 1 working day.
• Attempted Repairs / Maintenance / Data Recovery that are not 100% successful are still chargeable by a minimal fee of not less then EUR 25.
