Web Hosting / Dedicated Servers

• New accounts are setup within a maximum of 24 Hours.
• Renewals are processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
• Renewals not paid on or before the date of renewal will not be processed.
• Any data on non-renewed accounts will be deleted 30 days after expiry date.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data or the registered domain after the expiry date.
• Dishonoured cheques will automatically be treated as a renewal NOT paid in time.
• Refunds are only applicable on Web Hosting (Domain Excluded) and can be accepted up to 7 days after commencement of new service or renewal.
• Cost of third party products such as Domain Names are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• The hosting of Illegal Files, Copyright material, Torrent Files, Adult XXX Content, Gambling Content is strictly PROHIBITED  – Immediate termination of account without prior notice in case of breach and no refund will be given.
• Web hosting accounts MAY NOT be used as a storage service – Immediate termination of account without prior notice in case of breach and no refund will be given.
• 99.9% Uptime Guarantee – Approximately 9 hours per year of downtime can be expected due to Maintenance (Scheduled/Unscheduled) / Internet Errors, DDOS & More. The downtime can be consecutive or non consecutive.

Web Design / Graphic Designs

• Web designs that have been finalised and agreed with client are only changeable against a fee.
• Free updates are limited to minor text/image changes maximum once a month.
• Web designs are copyright of AlphaTech Solutions – They are not to be downloaded/edited/changed without our written consent.
• Deposits & Final payments on website designs are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• Confirmed orders for printing for Business Cards/Flyers & Other Printed materials are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• We are not responsible for any errors in writing/design once the design has been finalised and confirmed by the client.

Business Starter

• Business Starter includes a website designed and built for the client’s type of business, hosting with SSL (2 GB shared between the website and email), a standard domain name and two email addresses, as described on the Business Starter page.
• Business Starter is a 12-month contract. It is paid either for the year upfront, at €360, or monthly, at €35 a month.
• The contract starts when we begin setting up the service: registering or connecting the domain name, setting up the hosting, or starting work on the website, whichever comes first.
• Once the contract has been agreed and the first payment made, whether monthly or for the year, it cannot be cancelled during the 12 months and no refunds are given. If the client stops paying before the 12 months are up, the payments for the rest of the 12 months remain due.
• At the end of the 12 months, the client can continue month to month, pay for another year, or cancel. We send a reminder 30 days before the end of the term. Month-to-month plans after the first 12 months can be cancelled with written notice before the next monthly payment.
• Included changes: two rounds of major changes before launch, then two small changes a month after launch, such as text, prices, opening hours or photos. Unused changes do not carry over to the following month. Larger changes are quoted separately.
• The domain name is registered for the client and remains the client’s. The website design remains the property of AlphaTech Solutions and is provided for as long as the plan is paid; it can be bought outright at a quoted price.
• If a client moves to one of our web design packages within the first 12 months, the amount paid for Business Starter in that time counts towards the package price.
• Payments that are not made on time are not processed and the service is suspended. Data on accounts that are not renewed is deleted 30 days after expiry.

Custom Software

• Two-year promise: before quoting custom software, we compare our price with what the client’s current subscriptions for the work it replaces would cost over two years, based on figures the client provides. If the custom build would not cost less over those two years, we say so before any work starts and do not take the job.
• The scope, price and timeframe of every custom build are agreed in writing before work starts.

Other Web & IT Services

• Services such as repairs/maintenance that have been completed are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• Calls for service by our technical crew are answered and taken care of within a maximum of three working days.
• Urgent repairs / maintenance are carried out within 1 working day.
• Attempted Repairs / Maintenance / Data Recovery that are not 100% successful are still chargeable by a minimal fee of not less then EUR 25.
