Selling more than products
If your business also needs a booking or appointment system alongside the store, or a custom application to run stock and orders internally as well as on the site, that is a Custom Apps conversation — worth having before the store is built, so both are designed to work from the same data.
Before we build
An online store goes well when a few things are settled first. We will ask about them early, so nothing surprises you halfway through:
- What you sell, roughly how many products, and whether they come in variations such as sizes or colours
- How customers will pay
- How orders are delivered, and what delivery costs
- Who will look after stock and orders day to day
